1. AESI provides User a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited permission to use the data within the entity it represents.
2. The User should only use the data for personal and/or internal business purposes. Without AESI prior formal agreement, User may not sell, license, rent, lease, publish, post, lend, assign, or transfer the data in whole or in part, or grant unauthorized third parties access to the data. No portion of this restriction prohibits the preparation of studies, reports, or analyses for a third party, whether paid or unpaid, as long as the data is not transferred to a third party and the source "Solar resource data © [year] indonesiasolarmap.com" is always cited.
3. Without AESI prior written consent, User must not modify, decompile, deconstruct, decrypt, extract, or otherwise reverse the data.
4. The right to use the data is given permanently, as long as all applicable copyright notices are kept with the data or a portion of it.
5. Only the data or a subset thereof for which the user has paid the relevant service fee, which shall be in the amount included on the invoice, could be used.
6. Without AESI prior written agreement, User must not publish, distribute, or disseminate any competitive comparison, analysis, or "benchmarking" of the data. Any analysis that is published or posted based in whole or in part on the data must include a reference to "Solar resource data © [year] indonesiasolarmap.com " as part of the final work.
7. The data presented on or through indonesiasolarmap.com are made available solely for general information purposes. User acknowledges that AESI cannot guarantee the quality of the data due to the nature of climate fluctuations, interannual and long-term changes. You are solely responsible for any reliance you place on the data. AESI has done its best to assess climate conditions and/or solar production using the best actual data, software, and knowledge available.
8. AESI will not be held liable for the data's accuracy and/or completeness, or for any errors or omissions. It is strongly suggested that the data be used only to inform policy discussions on the subject and/or to develop services that better educate people about the solar resource and specific meteorological conditions in areas of interest. As a result, neither AESI nor Synkrona will be held liable for any losses arising from the use of the maps for financial commitments or other similar situations.
9. AESI will not be held liable in any manner for the results of user’s use of the data. AESI, Synkrona, its officers and employees shall be entitled to compensation, defended, and held harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, or injuries of any kind or nature arising out of any cause or event attributable to users's use of the data in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Any disagreement between these Terms and Conditions and any other form of arrangement or provisions will be handled in favor of the terms stated in this agreement and in compliance with Indonesia Republic law. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found to be unenforceable by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, such sections will be removed or modified to the minimum level required to keep this agreement in full force and effect.
11. You agreed not to use the data in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the data, or interfere with the use of the indonesiasolarmap.com by any other person.
12. You may not openly state or imply that AESI or Synkrona are involved in, or have sponsored, sanctioned, or encouraged, your use or reproduction of the data in any way. Any use of the data that falsifies, misrepresents, disparages, or fraudulently uses the data, or disparages or destroys the reputation of AESI or Synkrona, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
13. The Parties' full agreement regarding the subject matter herein is defined in these Terms and Conditions.
